Ssrs Export to Excel

Hi,

I am not thrilled with the standard export to excel in SSRS. My report has a logo, a few text boxes that list parameters in the header, and at the top of the page (report header) and a single Tablix for the data. Some of my reports don't even have groups.

The Excel exported creates a extra hidden columns which then makes it hard to sort the exported data. I suspect I might be able to avoid this issue if I suppress rendering of logos and text boxes but I'd rather not do that.

Would it be possible to create a custom renderer that exported the header and tablix correctly? I will gladly purchase this product if I can get the export to work.

Thanks for using Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services.

Please download and try the latest version: Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services V1.8.0.64(SSRS2008).

Please copy Aspose.Cells.ReportingServices.dll into following folder:

${SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services}\Reporting Services\ReportServer\bin.

Please let us know run result.

If you still face the issue, please post your report define file (RDL) here.
