Not able to convert xlsx and xlsm files to pdf

Hi,
I am trying to convert the attached files to pdf , but it seems it goes in an infinite loop and the control doesn;t come back.

It works fine for xls, csv files .

I am using 7.0.2 version

Hi,

We have found the issue as you have mentioned. Saving your provided template files to PDF will take lots of time, the generated PDF file is also of a bit larger size. We have logged a ticket with an id: CELLSJAVA-31376 . We will look into it soon.
