SSRS Rending Merged Cells in 2007 XLSX format- not XLS (NOEL)

ill email rdl and files when you reply

I’m getting merged cells for the below report when I export to Excel 2007. Excel 2003 works fine and I can see no error within the RDL. Any ideas?

We have found this issues and fixed it now.

Please try the fixed version(V1.7.0.52) (attached) for SSRS2008R2.

Well, we will soon provide you (hopefully in the next week) SQL 2005 supported version/fix of the product. I think you should have explicitly mention this in your previous/first mail.
