Thank you for providing the test files x1.txt and x2.txt.
I have successfully reproduced the issue using Aspose.Cells 26.7. My testing confirms that while FileFormatUtil.DetectFileFormat correctly identifies x1.txt as HTML, it fails to recognize x2.txt, returning LoadFormat.Unknown despite the file being a valid XHTML document.
I have logged this behavior and forwarded the details to our development team for further investigation. We will keep you updated on the progress here.

I have received the XForms file and added it to the existing investigation for the file format detection issue. Our development team will review this alongside the previous samples to ensure the detection logic is improved for these file types.
