Hi,
when we try to create a Workbook we get the following exception:
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot find resource {0}.

Please download and try the latest version: Aspose.Cells
for Java v8.3.2.6 and see if it makes any difference and resolves your issue.
If your issue still occurs, then please provide us your source excel file which is throwing this exception. We will look into it and help you asap.
