A pdf is not getting converted

We can not convert a pdf file.


Please see the attachment, that is the simple PDF file that we could not convert to HTML

Can you please share some details regarding your requirement. Either you are converting PDF file to some other format ? or you are converting some file format to PDF format and facing the problem.

In order to share the document, you can attach it with the forum thread using Add/Update button under Text area. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Thanks for your inquiry. As suggested above, you can find Add/Update button at the bottom of editor to attach your source fie. Please also share some detail about desired conversion, so we will test the scenario at our end and will provide you more information.
