About unordered excel file converted from pdf file

I have an excel file converted from pdf file. All cells of that excel file are not fit and ordered because of converstion from pdf file.

My task is to get new excel file with ordered and fit cells . How can I change that unordered excel file into ordered rows and columns.

And then,I want to retrieve also the data value from that excel file.

Here is my unordered excel file converted from pdf file.

Remark, Our customer can give us only excel file converted from pdf file . That is why, I need to change them into ordered excel file . That is problem.

Which product you are using to convert your PDF file to XLSX file format? I suspect you are using Aspose.Pdf component for PDF to Excel conversion, so you should contact the Aspose.Pdf team for your issue.
