About Visual Basic.NET 2010

One of our customer needs to develop a program through VB.NET 2010.

They need to view the work, excel, power point file directly, but they can only view the file and cannot edit it.

So we suggest them to use Aspose.

But after testing, they said that Aspose seems to open the file directly and allow the users to edit the file and save it as a new one.

They are wondering that if they can set the authorization to read only.

Please advise, thank you.
