One of my clients has problems accessing the paid support. After logging in and clicking the paid support link it redirects him to the login page again. How do we resolve this issue?
Which account is causing this problem? Please share the account username along with the issue thread and issue ID so we can further investigate it.

the username of the affected account is ManuelSievert, the issue occurs before any ticket can be submitted. I am not sure what you mean with “thread and issue ID”.
Did you guys buy paid support? We can’t find your account under paid support. Can you please share the information about buying paid support? Please note that the default support with any product purchase is our Free Forum Support. However, the paid support is an ad on to our products, which allows you escalate a limited number of your issues even faster. Thanks.
