I’m trying to change my private email address and update a few things in my Aspose.com account but I’m not able to edit the email field. I can’t save anything because the email field goes blank when I make other changes and try to save them. I get an email error message. Any idea on why this is happening and how I can get this done?

I need to update account information but I keep getting the email error about the missing private email address.
The private email address field, although it was uneditable, was correctly populated before attempting to save other account information.
When I click save I get the email error notification and the private email field goes blank and is still uneditable. Hence I cannot change anything.
Can someone help on this one? I’ve attached screenshots showing this issue.
