sorry ，I don’t have permission to send out files！not the comments is missing, but the comments is in the wrong position; You can create a new document with an picture and other text, select the picture to add comments and add comments to the text below the picture. By “ doc.save(filepath)”, you will see that the comments are no longer on the top of the picture
