Is this feature implemented now?

We are using aspose words java version. Is the above functionality implemented now? We are have custom ribbon xml to include in the docm file. Currently we are invoking .net process to insert the ribbon. But we are trying to avoid using the .net process. So does the latest aspose words java version has any method to manipulate customUI xml file.?
