Add-In Disabled

New paid customer - ribbon add in worked fine during trial on dev system in debug mode. However, when I try to install it on client the ribbon add in does not load and can be found in disabled add ins. Enabling the add in does not work.

I have tried understanding your requirements and have not been able to completely understand them. Can you please elaborate the requirements along with sample code, source files and snapshots so that we may proceed further to help you out.
