Adding Image with Frame in Aspose.Cells

Is it possible to add image with frame in Aspose.Cells?
Here what I want(realized in Aspose.Words) result.zip (232.1 KB)
Note: image is one object with frame. All I could in Aspose.Cells is add image and frame separately. Is there any posibility to add them as one object like in zip file in word document?

Thanks for your query.

How could you accomplish the task in MS Excel manually? You may try to manually add image with frame (as one object) in MS Excel, save the file and provide us, we will check on how to do it via Aspose.Cells APIs. For your information, if you cannot accomplish the task in MS Excel manually, you cannot do the same via Aspose.Cells APIs as Aspose.Cells follows MS Excel standards mostly for inserting images.
