Adding watermark to a existing pdf

Hi,

I need to be able to add text watermark to pdf. I am able to do it when I create a new pdf file. But, while updating a existing document, I have some issues.

Could you please let me know the best way to add text watermark to a existing pdf document and generate a new document. (also I need to be able to keep the watermark text in the document metadata)

I have attached the code.
