After installing reference in .net how to I create a file

I’ve added a referenc to Aspose word in my .Net project.
Could you tell me how I then add an Aspose word file to the project?

Thank you for your interest in Aspose.Words.
What file would you like to add else? Once you have added a reference to Aspose.Words.dll you can start using it in evaluation mode. What kind of project are you creating?
