Align Text in a cell

I have attached an image.
I want a cell in aspose slides table to be formatted like that.
Can you please help ?

Aspose.Slides is able to create the tables as supported in PowerPoint. From the image shared, apparently it seems to be a merged cell. Therefore, please provide the sample presentation rather image so that we may be able to investigate requirements further.
