Aligning Multiple Flow Charts along x-axis

Hi Team,

I want to align multiple flow charts (organizational charts) along x-axis .The shapes and the parent child hierarchy has to be auto aligned without any manual positioning of shapes and connectors. Is this possible without manual positioning of shapes and connectors using c# .net
