Attached is an example document and resulting pdf using the standard doc.Save(name, SaveFormat.Pdf); method.
Notice that a few of the right aligned columns appear on the opposite side of where the tab stop is in the word document.
I know we could fiddle with the word template a little and probably use tables or columns to get this to work correctly, but our clients have many templates like this and we don’t expect they should have to change them all when they are valid in word.
