An error occurred while exporting the report. System.OutOfMemoryException

Hi,


I’m currently evaluating Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services 1.5.0 to see if it will solve the issues we’re having with exporting large reports from SSRS 2008 to Excel.

However, I can’t get it to export to Excel2007 without getting this error in the report:

An error occurred while exporting the report.

<br><br>During the export, the ReportingServicesService.exe process on the report server climbs to a little over 1GB before returning this error embedded in an Excel 2007 file.  Is there a way to increase the amount of memory available to Aspose.Cells?  The server we're running it on has 16GB of RAM, and it has plenty of memory left when it fails.<br><br>Thanks</div>

Could you please post your rdl here? And what's the amount of data in your report? Does it work fine when exporting as Excel2003 format?

Thanks for responding.

I've attached the RDL file.

The number of rows returned range differently based on the user's input, but it can get all the way up to 800K rows, with 33 columns. There is another report that is even bigger than this, which incorporates charts and graphs on top of a large dataset. Of course, the export works when the number of rows is small, but that's not what we need it for...

Exporting using Excel 2003 in Aspose.Cells also fails and results in the same OutOfMemoryException error, but even if it did work, it wouldn't be of any use to us because Excel 2003 can only hold 65K rows.
