Is it possible to create a custom ‘anchor’ for the ToC? The heading class does not support applying any custom CSS, which is needed, but I can add tags with CSS applied. I want to apply my own custom h tags, and have them show up in the ToC.

Would you please elaborate if you want to pass the tag to InsertTableOfContents method as field switch? Please mention which API are you working with, while sharing the narrowed down code and sample file with your custom heading tag. We will investigate further to help you out as per your requirements.

Sorry for the late response. After research I found out what we’re trying to do is not possible at all. I have figured out another approach that we’re happy with.
