We have a website where folks can upload PPT files, and view them onlne. As part of the upload process, we create a thumbnail preview from the first slide. With PPT 2003 files, this all works great. With PPT 2002 files, the thumbnail always turns out blank. Has anyone seen this? Any suggestions?<br>Could you provide example of such presentations please.
