API 500 error on splitting slides

Hi,


I’m trying out the API call (FREE plan) for splitting ppt/pptx in different slides.

As soon as I use a ppt/pptx higher than 5MB I receive a 500 error response code from the server.
The files I use are straight from S3.

Is there a file size limit that is causing this problem?

Thank you for your interest in Aspose.Slides.

I have observed your comments and like to share with you that free plan has the max file limit of 5 MB. You are facing the error because of this limitation of Free Plan.

I hope this will clarify the concept. Please share if I may help you further in this regard.
