Apostrophe turns off bold style

I use Aspose.Word to load a Word DOT, populate the document, then save and convert to PDF.

In the DOT is a table that has a cell with text "Insured's Name". This text is in bold.

When the document is populated, saved and converted to PDF, the bold style of this cell's text is turned off.

However, when I remove the apostrohpe (') to leave "Insured Name", the bold style is preserved in the converted PDF doc.
