Append pdf document to .docx document - Result unreadable pdf document part

Hello everyone,

We have several cases of unreadable document after having them append to a .docx document.
Most of time it is working fine, but depending of the .pdf file used, we might have a defective result.

Input documents :
a .docx document : first document
a .pdf document : 2nd document (2 pages)

Ouput document :
a .docx document

You will find in the uploaded folder : input documents (File_Test_01_6601.docx, File_Error.pdf, File_Ok.pdf), output file (Result_FileDocX_FilePdfError.docx) that is the defective result we get and the code we were using until now.

The File_Ok pdf file is the same File_Error.pdf that has been recreated using Gimp (well, just the 1st page).
The only difference we can see is the pdf version : 1.4 for File_Error.pdf and 1.5 for File_Ok.pdf. I am not sure it is relevant…anyway it is working fine with the second pdf file but completely unreadable with the 1st one.

6601.zip (230.0 KB)

I am at your disposal for more informations if needed, I hope we may find a solution

Alex.
