Application hangs when I try to convert pptx file to the pdf (aspose slides version 14.4.0.0)

Hi,

We are using the aspose in our product when we try to convert the pptx file to the pdf application hangs

For doing this we are using the below code sample

var pres = new Aspose.Slides.Presentation(stream);
pres.Save(dstFilePath, Aspose.Slides.Export.SaveFormat.Pdf);

Please find the respective pptx file for the replication

Note: but the strange thing is when I ran the above code from my visual studio 2010 then pdf conversion works fine but when I deploy same and try to convert the same then it hangs meaning that is starting the

pres.Save(dstFilePath, Aspose.Slides.Export.SaveFormat.Pdf, saveOptions);

And it is not coming out of the above method and at the same time it is not throwing the error as well.

Could you please check why this is happening? And to fix what needs to done…

We are using the aspose 14.4.0.0 version & .net framework 4.0

this is very urgent please help

Thanks,

Suresh
