We are planning to use Aspose.Email to generate PST files and wanted to check if either the C++(via CGO) or .NET via Python can be run on ARM(amd64).

Unfortunately, we have not tested our lib on ARM.
You can get a temporary license and conduct a small test by trying to run it on an ARM architecture system.
For anyone landing here in the future, I could not get neither Python nor C++ version to even install on arm machines.
