Artefact appears from optimized conversion of PDF on Linux

Hello,
we’ve tried converting pdf file using jpeg compression and encountered an issue, there is a black square artifact on output file. image.png (51.3 KB)

We were using Aspose.PDF 22.10 and our system was running on Ubuntu 2204.

Here is a zip with file and console app that should help to reproduce the problem:

An issue as PDFNET-53032 has been logged in our issue tracking system for further investigation on this scenario. We will look into its details and keep you posted with the status of its correction. Please be patient and spare us some time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNET-53032) have been fixed in Aspose.PDF for .NET 23.2.

I’m experiencing a similar issue using Aspose.PDF for Java 22.12. I don’t see version 23.2 available for Aspose.PDF for Java and updating to 23.1 didn’t help. Will this be addressed in the java library?

@mdrake

Every fix and improvement in 23.2 version of .NET API will be ported into Aspose.PDF for Java 23.2. Next update of the Java API is currently being prepared and is expected to be released next week. You can try once its available and share with us in case you still face any issues.

Thanks for your response! Do you happen to know the expected release date for Aspose.PDF for Java 23.2?

@mdrake

Aspose.PDF for Java 23.2 has just been released.
