Does anyone know if Aspose has an embeded document viewer/editor from within an ASP.NET page?


Sorry if this is not the right place for this post, tried the online chat, but sat there for an hour, second in line.

Thanks for your inquiry. Aspose.Words is not a component or control. It is a class library, designed for opening, creation and manipulation of Word documents. We do not provide any graphical user interface for editing/viewing Word documents. I am afraid, currently we do not have plans to create such an editor.


To be able to work with this library for your .NET project, please add Aspose.Words library in your project references list. Please read documentation of Aspose.Words for .NET for your kind reference. Please let us know if you need more information, we are always glad to help you.

possibility of implementation of this feature. Once we have
any information about this feature, we will update you via this forum thread.

Moreover, our sister company GroupDocs.com offers a viewer app which
you may consider including in your application to view the various file
formats. With GroupDocs apps, you can also have limited editing
