Thanks for your inquiry. Aspose.Words is not a component or control. It is a class library, designed for opening, creation and manipulation of Word documents. We do not provide any graphical user interface for editing/viewing Word documents. I am afraid, currently we do not have plans to create such an editor.
To be able to work with this library for your .NET project, please add Aspose.Words library in your project references list. Please read documentation of Aspose.Words for .NET for your kind reference. Please let us know if you need more information, we are always glad to help you.
Regarding your problem with live chat, We apologise for your wait. Could you clarify what screen you were stuck on? Was there any message or indicator there that could help us narrow down why you had such a long wait?
Thanks for your inquiry. We have logged a feature request as WORDSNET-12584 to view/edit Word document in browser. Our product team will look into the
possibility of implementation of this feature. Once we have
any information about this feature, we will update you via this forum thread.
Moreover, our sister company GroupDocs.com offers a viewer app which

formats. With GroupDocs apps, you can also have limited editing
functionalities. For more information, I suggest you please contact
GroupDocs support through live chat or support forums of GroupDocs.
Thanks for your patience. It is to update you that we have closed this issue (WORDSNET-12584) with ‘‘Won’t Fix’’ resolution. Please use GroupDocs apps to achieve your requirements.
