Aspose added the unsupported image type

We added JPG image to a scanned PDF document using AddStamp method to simulate a watermark on every page. When we used GetStamps method to make sure that the image was added correctly we got the error “Not supported image type”, and the image was invisible on a page.

Thanks for contacting support.

Would you please try using new recommended DOM approach to add image stamp in PDF document and later you can retrieve images by using same approach. In case you still face any issue, please share your sample PDF and image file along with code snippet. We will test the scenario in our environment and address it accordingly.

We have tested the scenario in our environment and were able to replicate the issue. Hence, we have logged it as PDFNET-45719 in our issue tracking system. We will further look into details of the issue and keep you posted with its rectification status. Please spare us little time.

We would like to know when PDFNET-45719 will be fixed. We are waiting about five months. That error prevents from the correct function of our software and causes many troubles.
