Hello,
The latest Aspose.CAD 22.9 library for Net461 throws ‘FileNotFoundException’ when loading, and it seems to have a reference to the wrong version. Below is the error information for this issue.
Library: Aspose.CAD.Image
Function: Load
Result: -2146233036
Message: The type initializer for ‘Aspose.CAD.Image’ threw an exception.
InnerException (FileNotFoundException)
Library: Aspose.CAD.Image
Function: .cctor
Result: -2147024894
Message: Could not load file or assembly ‘System.Text.Encoding.CodePages, Version=6.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Please advise when a fix will be available for this bug.

@DigitusDev,
Hello, could youi please install System.Text.Encoding.CodePages package and test whether it works?
Hello,
Could you advise why the System.Text.Encoding.CodePages needs to be installed, as this was not required with Aspose.CAD 22.8 release? Reverting back to using the Aspose.CAD.dll 22.8 for .Net 4.6.1 works with no issues. It looks like the latest Aspose.CAD.dll 22.9 for .Net 4.6.1 library is pointing to the wrong 6.0.0.0 assembly.
Thank you.
Hello,
Further to the previous comment, the Aspose.CAD 22.9.0 package available on NuGet states that your .NETFramework 4.6.1 library does not have any dependencies (NuGet Gallery | Aspose.CAD 23.9.0)

Please advise when this issue will be resolved.

@DigitusDev,
Hello. You are right, I can confirm this problem. We created CADNET-8825 to cover this issue for 22.10 release.
Hello, has the CADNET-8825 issue been fixed in 22.10 release?
@DigitusDev,
Hello, yes, please, check it in your side.
Hello, is there a reason why CADNET-8825 issue is not listed as being fixed in the CAD 22.10 release notes? The published Aspose.CAD 22.10 release notes (Aspose.CAD for .NET 22.10 - Release Notes|Documentation) do not include the CADNET-8825 issue.
@DigitusDev,
Hello, no reason, we replanned it to 22.11 and back, but finally the task is included in 22.10, we updated the Release Notes.
