Aspose.CAD and internet connection

Hello,

I am checking the possibility to use Aspose.CAD for my company.
We need to convert ‘dwg’ files into ‘png’ / ‘jpg’. programmatically with java.

The thing is that some of our costumers doesn’t have internet connection.
Is that an issue?

Can a user make the license check & the conversion locally?
