why the Java version is not kept in sync with .NET version as all other libraries? I can see 18.3 being the latest whether .NET version is already on 18.8?

I have observed your comments and like to shared that generally we share both .NET and Java based APIs simultaneously on release time. However, for this time there has been a technical delay and it will be shared by mid of October 2018. We will really appreciate your patience in this regard till the time the product is available online.
