Aspose.Cells.dll Cannot declare a namespace and a type both named '?'

I’m getting this error when I add the reference to Aspose.Cells.dll. This did not happen with the previous version of Aspose.Excel

Which version are you using? Do you remove the old reference to Aspose.Excel.dll? Please try this attached version.
