Aspose.Cells InsertCutCells break cell reference

By using sample files and code for testing, we can reproduce the issue. An error occurred in the cell reference after calling the InsertCutCells method.

This is to inform you that your issue has been resolved. This fix/enhancement will be included in our upcoming release (Aspose.Cells v23.11) that we plan to release this week or next week. You will be notified when new versions are released.
