We are currently using licensed version of Aspose.Cells v 20.2.4.0 and trying to upgrade now to the latest version. We also bought the “paid support” license last year but it got expired couple of months back.
We found from our accounts department that somewhere in your “purchase policies” section, it is mentioned that if we currently have(or recently had) an active support subscription(paid support), then we can upgrade it for free and we don’t have to pay for upgrading Aspose.Cells to the latest version.
Please let us know is that true and if yes let us know the upgrade process?

You can update to the latest version for free. Also, please check the SubscriptionExpiry item in your license. All versions before the expiration date can be used normally without any evaluation information. If using a release version after the expiration date, the generated result file will contain evaluation information.
