For first note: text color issue
It is because that Black and white is set in page setup:Screenshot_black_white.png (6.6 KB) , so the text color is changed black in the output pdf. It is same as Excel generated pdf.

For second note: text wrap issue
It is same as Excel generated pdf.

For third and fourth notes: Should not show up
It is because that you clear print area, so all the content in the sheet will be output.
