Aspose.Words behavior matches MS Word behavior in the 4th scenario. So I do not see the issue here. Also in other tour scenarios the expected result also does not match MS Word. We consider MS Word as an etalon for compare feature.

thank you @alexey.noskov. You can ignore the 4th scenario and we will check on our side. We tried to use word compare feature and it shows correct output for other scenarios, however when we use Aspose word compare online it shows different result as outlined in the document.

Can you please confirm all scenarios (except 4th scenario) are issues in Aspose word? If yes, what is the tentative timeline we can expect to fix these issues?

Thank you,

@shsahucatina Yes, we confirm that Aspose.Words comparison differs from MS Word in the scenarios except 4th. The appropriate issues has been logged inour defect tracking system: WORDSNET-26965, WORDSNET-26966, WORDSNET-26967, WORDSNET-26968. We will keep you updated and let you know once the issues are resolved or we have more information for you.

@alexey.noskov thank you for your confirmation. We have lined up this feature to be rolled out on production and pending because of these issues. We would be happy if we get tentative dates to get these issues fixed so we can update our product team.
