Aspose Compatibility with JDK 21

Hello,

We are in the process of upgrading our microservice to JDK 21 but have encountered an issue with Aspose Words/Slides/Cells dependencies. Our current license only allows free upgrades until July 28, 2021, while the required version was released on January 31, 2022, prompting us to renew.

We get this from aspose -

The subscription included in this license allows free upgrades until 2021-07-28, but this version of the product was released on 2022-01-31. Please renew the subscription or use a previous version of the product.

Before proceeding with the renewal, we have a fundamental question:

  • Do any Aspose products currently support JDK 21?
  • If not, is JDK 17 supported?

We are aware that these dependencies work with JDK 11, so that’s not a concern. However, we need clarity on compatibility with newer JDK versions.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
Ankit Deo
