Aspose.Diagram 23.12 does not allow us to set link ID as a custom property in Visio files. This was working before.

Please try our latest version Asponse.Diagram for .Net v24.8.
If you still experience the same issue, then please provide us a demo console application or share the sample file and code that could help us to reproduce the issue on our end.

This is to inform you that your issue has been resolved now. The fix will be included in an upcoming release (Aspose.Diagram v24.9) that we plan to release in the first half of September 2024. You will be notified when the next version is released.
