Aspose didn't extract bullet list character and number form eml body

Please check [this](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jmoG6wiDLX8KLCU4SfEIusaOxqTBAbwp/view?usp=sharing) eml file. I tried to parse this eml file and extract message body as we see when the file is opened in outlook.

I am not able to extract bullet character and ordered list character.
In the file specified i could not extract bullet and ordered list character as:

  1. confirm your email address
    Instead I get only
    Confirm your email address.
    Can you please confirm if aspose really don’t extract ordered list character ?
