Aspose Docker onPremise approach is giving error while merging files

Hi,
We are trying to merge files(20 files of 20 MB each) using Aspose onPremise but it’s giving the below error.
We tried increasing docker resources still there is no spike.
We tried using cloudAPI with the same files and it’s working.

Please suggest what to do about this

@yash.dhanlobhe,

The error you’re getting is primarily related to the serialization process in ASP.NET Core and it seems not directly related to Aspose APIs themselves. The error message you’re encountering indicates a problem with serialization in your ASP.NET Core application, specifically related to System.IntPtr types that cannot be serialized using System.Text.Json. This often happens when an object being returned from a controller action has properties that include non-serializable types. I think you may check the object returned from your controller action. You might try to exclude these from serialization. Moreover, if you have control over the serialization settings, you might want to configure JsonSerializerOptions to ignore certain properties using JsonIgnoreAttribute or by customizing the serializer options to handle specific cases.

Anyways, if you still think it is an issue with Aspose APIs, please give us details on which specific file formats you are working with and which Aspose APIs you are using to merge those files. Also, kindly share a sample app and samples files (please zip them prior attaching) to reproduce the error on our end. We will check your issue soon.
