There is no Aspose Email for C++ for Mac OS now. There is an open issue EMAILCPP-226. We will notify you in this forum thread when the issue is resolved.

You can consider the use of the Aspose Email for .NET Core library Download C# .NET Library for Email Processing | Aspose.Email. It works in a Mac OS environment.
