Can someone please confirm what the unit of measure is for the SmtpClient.Timeout property? Seems like it might be ms? I just want to be sure.

You are right. The unit of Timeout property is MilliSeconds (ms) as can be found in the offline CHM help file as well. Please feel free to write to us in case you have any query related to Aspose.Email.
