When processing an mbox records with our Java code certain languages are not processed or rendered correctly.

When debugging and stepping through the code the watched variable contents are the following which is not rendered correctly:

I have attached the input mbox file (input-ubuntu-tam.mbox), sample failed output (apose_output.eml), and sample code (sampleCode.Java) in the follow ZIP file. mbox_apose_case.zip.

The expected out I could not provide but the expected output should be a success email export in the TAMIL language.mbox_apose_case.zip (4.3 MB)
