Aspose - grace period for expired licensce

Hi Team,

Actually, couple of days ago we saw one of the Aspose license got expired but it does work when we tried to test and doesnt show any issue related to expiry.

Could you let us know will there be any grace period for the expired license or it will still work as long we dont upgarde Aspose Library.

Please advise. Thanks.

@anand.jayaseelan,

There is no grace period for an expired license. Please note, your license will never expire if you continue to use any Aspose.Cells version that was released before your license’s subscription expiry date.

FYI, when you purchase a license for the product (e.g., Aspose.Cells), you will be authorized to use the license file with any new (and upcoming (official versions)) versions or hot fixes of the component for the next whole year (before your subscription expiry date). Moreover, your license will never expire if you continue to use your license with the product’s version/hotfix that should be released before your subscription expiry date. To check license’s subscription expiry date, you may open your license file into some text editor (e.g., NotePad - please don’t edit your license, least it won’t work anymore) and check the subscription’s expiry date.

Should you have further queries or issues, please feel free to write us back.

Thanks for the reply. Just one question, how we will get to know what are the new features/hotfixes that were newer version of the product ?

@anand.jayaseelan,

Please review and browse Release Notes documents of different years to learn about new enhancements, features, fixes and APIs changes for your complete reference.

If you only want to learn about the most demanding features/enhancements of each version, you can browse the sections here.
