Aspose.html version 22.2 cannot covert correct ASCII text into PDF file

We use Aspose.html to convert HTML files into PDF files. After upgrading to version 22.5 (from 21.2), we find the converted PDF includes the wrong encoding for ASCII letters.

This is the PDF comes from version 22.5

After testing on other versions, I find that version 22.2 is the first version to have this problem.
