Is it possible to compile the Aspose licence file within a desktop application, and can be published without providing the licence file to each individual end user.

Well, Aspose license file is a plain xml file that should be shipped to the desktop project/solution. I think you may rename it and change its extension too and then call it within your code accordingly. Alternatively, you may use your own code to encrypt and decrypt the license file accordingly. You may use the license file as an embedded resource, then you can encrypt the license file using obfuscation or using some some softwares or tools such as, Smart Assembly support the feature to encrypt resources.

Further to this discussion, if licence file is placed in bin folder at development time, and application is compiled. Then will the licence file be there in bin folder on the individual systems on which this setup is installed can you clarify
My major concern is that, my client doesn’t want to place the licence file in the bin folder at the installed location separately in each and every system
And is there a possibility to remove this evaluation copy without a licence file

If the license file is .lic, then you have to deploy the license file individually on your client machines manually. If you rename your license file to some other extension, then it will be deployed automatically when you install the project on the client system.

I am afraid, if you do not use and set the license file in your codes, the evaluation watermark would be always there in the output files.
