A license renewal was done for : License Information - ComponentSource Order ID: 572384 - Purchase Order: PO0159698 [CS-Ref #3525542]
The renewal was done in February 2025. We experienced an issue between Java versions where we were advised to download the latest PDF libraries. It also appears that the current installed version of Aspose is 21.5 while the latest is 25.2. After installing the latest PDF libraries, we are now getting this error: image (3).png (4.4 KB)
Can you please assist as the license was renewed

It appears that the license you are currently using is not the newer one you mentioned purchasing. Based on our review, it seems you are attempting to use a more recent version of the APIs with your current license, which has already expired for accessing newer versions. Please note that after your license expiration date (April 12, 2022, in your case), you cannot use any Aspose API versions released after this date. To resolve this, you can either purchase a new license (if you have not already done this) to use with the latest versions of Aspose APIs or continue using any Aspose API versions released prior to your license subscription’s expiration date.

A license renewal was done in February (hence me attaching the PO for the renewal). The license key seems not to have activated the latest Aspose.PDF.License file which is why we are getting the error. How do I obtain the correct license file with the renewal purchase?

If you have purchased or renewed your subscription, you should have received a new license. Did you replace the older license with the new license in your project? If not, please ensure you update the license in your project to avoid any interruptions or such an exception.
