Aspose not supporting ruby characters

Hi ,
I converted doc to docx using the following code:

Document doc = new Document(“rubycharacters.doc”);
doc.save(“rubycharacters.docx”, SaveFormat.DOCX);

This document contains japanese ruby characters.
But the resulting docx file does not contain many characters.

I have attached my doc file for your reference

Thanks for your inquiry. We have tested the scenario using latest version of Aspose.Words for Java 16.7.0 and have not found the shared issue. Please use Aspose.Words for Java 16.7.0. We have attached the output document with this post for your kind reference.
